Espresso & Excavators @34th
We believe in more than just buying, building and selling homes. We believe in building connections, fostering relationships, and creating memorable experiences for our community. That's why we are thrilled to host our kick off event, "Espresso and Excavators," where we combined the excitement of home demolition with the warmth of a neighborhood gathering.
Bringing the Community Together
On a bright Monday morning, we transformed the site of a soon-to-be-demolished property into a hub of activity and excitement. As neighbors and community members gathered around, they were greeted by freshly brewed coffee from our favorite vendor "Whats Brewing AZ". The air buzzed with anticipation as attendees mingled, drinking Iced latte's and enjoying delicious Bosa Donuts that was put together by our Marketing team.
A Spectacle for All AgesThe highlight of the event was, of course, the demolition itself. As the excavator revved to life, children and adults alike watched in awe as the old house was skillfully deconstructed. It was a sight to behold, symbolizing new beginnings and the promise of something exciting to come.
But "Espresso and Excavators" wasn't just about demolition. It was about creating a fun and memorable experience for everyone who attended. That's why we set up a table with activities for the little ones, including crayons, coloring pages, small kids' hard hats and construction vests. The kids were delighted to play "construction worker" for the day, donning their gear and exploring their imaginations.
Building Relationships, One Cup at a Time
We know that real estate is more than just transactions; it's about people. "Espresso and Excavators" is our way of reaching out to our neighbors and community members, inviting them to join us in celebrating the spirit of togetherness and camaraderie.
As the event drew to a close and the last snowcones were enjoyed, we couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to connect with our community in such a meaningful way. We're committed to continuing to host events like these, creating spaces where neighbors can come together, share stories, and make memories.
